Wednesday, July 30, 1997 PCComplete To Provide Improved Assistance For ResellersPleasant Ridge, MI -- Darryl Wattenberg, Director of Marketing and Head of Reseller Releations, released plans today for improved support for PCComplete's resellers. Plans include an expanded web site with a special reseller resource center and support materials. PCComplete intends to expand their current web site to provide exclusive support for their resellers. This protected section of the site would provide reseller pricing on selected items and a special Q&A forum. Further plans include marketing materials online and special reseller only links. Though plans are not final yet, PCComplete hopes to have the improvements made to their site by the end of August. Improvements also include marketing support materials. Resellers will have customized marketing materials for the new "Series" lines which PCComplete announced just a day ago. These materials may be duplicated and distributed to the reseller's clients freely. Additionally, PCComplete will make all their product photography and copy available to their resellers on CD-ROM. All material is of reproduction quality and is suitable for print or electronic media.
